Do I already have access to HBO Max?
Before you sign up for HBO Max, you might already have access.
Do you have any of the following?
If you get HBO with your cable or satellite TV package, then you might have access to HBO Max. To find out if your provider supports HBO Max, go to HBOMax.com/provider and search for your provider, or go to HBO Max providers.
The HBO Max Standard plan is included with these plans:
Internet 1000, 2000, 5000
Unlimited Elite
Unlimited Plus and Unlimited Plus Enhanced
Unlimited Choice, Unlimited Choice II, and Unlimited Enhanced
Unlimited & More Premium (if you chose HBO as your premium option)
If you have one of these plans, you might need to activate HBO Max. Here's how:
Go to the myAT&T account page.
Look for the Activate HBO Max tile.
Choose Activate, if asked.
Now, to start streaming HBO Max:
Install the HBO Max app or go to HBOMax.com on your computer.
Follow the Connect Your Provider steps. When you do this, choose AT&T as your provider and sign in to your AT&T account.
Once you connect your provider, you can sign in to HBO Max on any supported device.
Is HBO Max Included?

The HBO Max Standard plan is included with these TV packages:
DIRECTV STREAM: PREMIER and MAX
DIRECTV: PREMIER & LO MAXIMO
U-verse TV: U400, U450, and U450 Latino
To start streaming HBO Max:
Install the HBO Max app or go to HBOMax.com on your computer.
Follow the Connect Your Provider steps. When you do this, choose DIRECTV or DIRECTV STREAM as your provider.
Once you connect your provider, you can sign in to HBO Max on any supported device.
The Basic with Ads plan is included with the following $60 Cricket Wireless Unlimited plans:
Unlimited Cricket More
Unlimited Cricket Extra
Unlimited Cricket HBO Max
If you have one of these plans, do the following:
Install the HBO Max app or go to HBOMax.com on your computer.
Follow the Connect Your Provider steps. When you do this, choose Cricket Wireless as your provider and sign in to your Cricket account.
Once you connect your provider, you can sign in to HBO Max on any supported device.

The Basic with Ads plan is included with the Philo Core package, available at Philo.com.
After signing up for the Philo Core package, you'll need to activate HBO Max before you can start streaming with the HBO Max app. Here's how to activate HBO Max:
Go to philo.com/partner and choose HBO Max.
Choose Activate.
On the first HBO Max screen, enter your email address for your HBO Max account.
Do one of the following:
New subscribers: Complete the account form and choose Create Account. You'll sign in with this info.
Returning subscribers: Enter your HBO Max password and choose Sign In.
Choose Start Streaming and you're ready to watch HBO Max.
The Basic with Ads plan is included with the following Spectrum TV plans:
TV Select Signature
TV Select Plus
If you have one of these plans, do the following:
Install the HBO Max app or go to HBOMax.com/login on your computer.
Follow the Connect your provider steps. When you do this, choose Spectrum on the Connect Your Provider screen.
