HBO Max Kid-Proof Exit and Parent Code
Kid-Proof Exit is an optional setting to keep your child from leaving their Kids profile. When this option is turned on, a 4-digit Parent Code is required to exit the Kids profile and switch to another profile. Your account has just one Parent Code.
A Profile PIN is an optional setting to keep other members of your household from using a profile. For more info, go to Add or change your Profile PIN.

When Kid-Proof Exit is turned on, you'll need a 4-digit Parent Code to exit the Kids profile.
Here's how to add or reset your account's Parent Code.
Choose the device you're using:
In HBO Max, choose your profile.
Choose the Edit icon
below a Kids profile.Turn on Kid-Proof Exit.
Create Parent Code (if applicable) and enter a 4-digit code, then Save.
Choose Reset Parent Code (if applicable) and enter a 4-digit code, then Save.
Choose Done.
Your Parent Code applies to all Kids profiles with Kid-Proof Exit turned on.
