Verizon Netflix & HBO Max perk

Verizon customers with Fios Home Internet, 5G Home Internet, or an eligible wireless plan from Verizon can sign up for the Netflix & HBO Max (Basic with Ads) perk for $13/month ($6.98/month savings). After enrolling in the Netflix & HBO Max (Basic with Ads) perk, you can stream shows, movies, and more on both services.

If you have Fios Home Internet, 5G Home Internet, or an eligible wireless plan from Verizon, here’s how to sign up for the Netflix & HBO Max perk:

Grab your phone and sign in to the Verizon app.
(If you're on a computer, you can sign in at verizon.com/signin.)
Navigate to Account > Services & perks.
Select the Netflix & HBO Max offer.
Once you’ve signed up, choose Register.
On the first HBO Max screen, enter an email address for your HBO Max account (if you already have an HBO Max account, enter your HBO Max account email).
Do one of the following:
- New HBO Max customers: Complete the account form and choose Create Account. You'll sign in with this info.
- Returning HBO Max customers: Enter your HBO Max password and choose Sign In.
  Forgot password? Try resetting your password.
  If your HBO Max account has an active subscription, you'll be asked to confirm linking your HBO Max account to subscription billed through Verizon.
Choose Start Streaming and you're ready to watch HBO Max.

Now you can sign in and stream HBO Max on all your favorite devices.

Verizon perk Q&A

The Basic with Ads plan is included with the Netflix & HBO Max perk. If you'd like, you can switch to the Standard plan for an additional $7.50/month, or the Premium Plan for an additional $12/month (and keep your Netflix & HBO Max perk).

Here's how to change your HBO Max plan:

Sign in to HBO Max on your phone, tablet, or computer. Can't sign in?
Choose your profile and then Subscription.
(Only Adult profiles can manage subscriptions.)
Choose Change Your Plan and sign in (if needed).
Choose a different subscription plan (prices shown are discounted Verizon Perk prices).

The plan change takes effect immediately and you’ll see the billing changes on your next Verizon bill.

If you have the Verizon Netflix & HBO Max perk, here's how to activate your HBO Max access and sign into HBO Max:

Grab your phone and sign in to the Verizon app.
(If you're on a computer, you can sign in at verizon.com/signin.)
Find your Netflix & HBO Max perk.
Select Register.
On the first HBO Max screen, enter your email address for your HBO Max account (if you already have an HBO Max account, enter your HBO Max account email).
Do one of the following:
- New HBO Max customers Complete the account form and choose Create Account. You'll sign in with this info.
- Returning HBO Max customers Enter your HBO Max password and choose Sign In.
  Forgot password? Try resetting your password.
  If your HBO Max account has an active subscription, you'll be asked to confirm linking your HBO Max account to subscription billed through Verizon.
- Account found screen? Follow the Account Found steps below.
Choose Start Streaming and you're ready to watch HBO Max.

Now you can sign in and stream HBO Max on all your favorite devices.

If you get the Account Found screen, do the following:

Check your inbox for an email from HBO Max with a one-time code (email subject: Your One-Time HBO Max Code). The email is sent to the email address you entered on the Create Your Account screen.
In HBO Max, enter the code from the email and choose Submit.
Add a password to your HBO Max account and choose Continue.
If your HBO Max account has an active subscription, you'll be asked to confirm linking your HBO Max account to subscription billed through Verizon.
Choose Start Streaming and you're ready to watch HBO Max.

Now you can sign in and stream HBO Max on all your favorite devices.

Didn't get the one-time code email?

Search all of your inbox folders for an email from HBO Max (including your Promotions and Spam folder).
Choose Get New Code on the Account Found screen and check your email again.
