Add, change, or reset a Profile PIN
You can lock your Adult profile so that a PIN is required to access your profile. An Adult profile is any profile with Kids Mode turned off.
When your profile is locked, your 4-digit Profile PIN must be entered to access your profile. Locked profiles have a Lock icon 
beside the avatar.
Singapore subscribers: You'll use your Profile PIN to access R21 content.
Choose a topic:
You can keep other people in your household from using your Adult profile by locking your profile.
To lock or unlock your profile, choose the device you're using:
In HBO Max, choose your profile.
Do one of the following:
Choose the Edit icon
below the Adult profile you want to edit.Apple TV: Choose Edit and then the Adult profile you want to edit.
To lock or unlock your profile, choose Lock Profile.
If prompted, enter your account password. To open the on-screen keyboard, press the Select or OK button on your remote.
To reset your password, go to Forgot my password.
If prompted, enter a 4-digit Profile PIN and choose Save.
Scroll down and choose Done.
When your profile is locked, you'll need to enter your Profile PIN to switch to your profile.
Choose the device you're using:
In HBO Max, choose your profile.
Do one of the following:
Choose the Edit icon
below the Adult profile you want to edit.Apple TV: Choose Edit and then the Adult profile you want to edit.
Choose Reset Profile PIN (this option is only available if you previously locked your profile).
Enter your account password. To open the on-screen keyboard, press the Select or OK button on your remote.
To reset your password, go to Forgot my password.
Enter a new 4-digit PIN and choose Save.
Scroll down and choose Done.
When you add, change, or reset a Profile PIN, we'll send an email to your account email address.
Parent Code
