Manage an HBO Max subscription
HBO Max subscriptions are available through many providers. How you manage or change your subscription depends on who bills you. If you know who bills you, skip to Step 2.
Step 1: Find who bills you
Here's how to find who bills you for HBO Max:
Do one of the following:
Web: Go to HBOMax.com/subscription and sign in (if needed). Can't sign in?
Phone, tablet, or computer: In HBO Max, choose your profile and then Subscription.
TV device: In HBO Max, choose the Settings icon
and then Subscription.
Find who your base plan is billed through (top of screen).
You can also check your bank statements or ask your internet, mobile, or TV provider if they bill you for HBO Max.
Step 2: Manage your subscription
If you're billed through us (WarnerMedia), here's how to manage your subscription:
Go to HBOMax.com/subscription and sign in (if needed). Can't sign in?
