Change your account info
Mistyped email or no longer have access?
If you mistyped your email address when you created your account or you no longer have access to your account email, please contact us.
You can change your HBO Max account info (email, password, and name) on your phone, tablet, or computer.
What would you like to do?
Sign in to HBO Max on your phone, tablet, or computer. Can't sign in?
Choose your profile and then Account.
Choose the Edit icon
next to Email Address.Enter a new email address and choose Save. We'll send an email to your current email address.
Can't access current email? If you don't have access to your current email address, please contact us for help.
Check your inbox for an email from HBO Max (email subject: Please confirm email address change). This email should arrive within a few minutes. Didn't get the email?
Open this email and choose Confirm Change.
Your email address is updated (sign in on all devices with your updated email address).
Sign in to HBO Max on your phone, tablet, or computer. Can't sign in?
Choose your profile and then Account.
Choose the Edit icon
next to Password.Enter your current password. Can't update password?
If you don't know your password, you can reset your password instead.
Enter a new password and choose Save.
Your password is updated and your account is signed out of all devices. Now, sign in to HBO Max with your new password.

next to Name.Enter a new first and last name and choose Save.
