When you reset your password, you should get an HBO Max Password Reset email within a few minutes.

In HBO Max, do one of the following:
- Phone, tablet, or computer: Choose your profile and then Account.
- TV device: Choose the Settings icon and then Account.
Find your account email and/or your mobile number (if added). If you don't find an account email, try signing in with your mobile number.

Now that you know your account email, try the password reset steps again.

If the reset password link doesn't work, make sure you open the most recent HBO Max Password Reset email you received. The subject for the password reset email includes the time: Your HBO Max Password Reset Link as of < time >.

If this doesn't help, try using a different browser. Here's how:

On a different computer, phone, or tablet, open the most recent HBO Max Password Reset email that you received.
Choose Reset Your Password.
Enter a new password and choose Save.
