Change a Samsung-billed subscription
If you subscribed on your Samsung TV, here's what you need to know about changing your Samsung-billed subscription.
Billed through another provider? Go to Manage an HBO Max subscription.

In HBO Max, do one of the following:
Phone, tablet, or computer: Choose your profile and then Subscription.
TV device: Choose the Settings icon
and then Subscription.(Only Adult profiles can manage subscriptions.)
Find your current plan. Explore HBO Max plans.

Need help signing in? Go to Can't sign in.
You can change your plan or billing period on your Samsung TV.
In HBO Max, choose the Settings icon
and then Subscription. Can't sign in?Choose Change Your Plan.
Choose a subscription plan and billing period.
Follow the on-screen prompts to change your plan through Samsung.
Once your subscription is updated, you'll get an email from Samsung confirming the change.
When will my plan change take effect?
The effective date depends on the change:
If you change to a lower-priced plan or Monthly billing, your plan change will happen on your next billing date.
If you change to a higher-priced plan or 12-month billing, your plan change happens immediately. Samsung will give you a credit for the remaining time on your subscription and apply it to your new plan. Your next billing date will be adjusted once the credit is used.
